When absolutly ALL the newspapers say that there is a beautyful love story in a film, I have to go .
And, yes, there is a beautyful love story in this movie.
But, as you already know it, the real surprise comes from somewhere else.
If you go to see Benjamin Button, you will learn that...
-You can learn a lot about Shakespeare from someone living with an assassin.
-It's delightful to drink a tea at midnight in an hotel in Mourmansk, when snow is falling outside.
-The clocks that have the most beautyful stories are those which turn in the wrong direction.
-To be striked by a lightening can give a meaning to life.
-In whatever direction you take the life, love is the winner.
-And , most of all, that humming-birds have strange powers...

Bonjour Malyss,
Sounds like a really good movie although I don't care for Brad Pitt. Some great quotes there!
You are the only one who really tried to guess what I saw in Fort Payne. Maybe they all knew. lol. It is the home of the famous band Alabama. I didn't see them but I got some pictures of things that relate to them.
I saw that movie last month. I found it wonderful story and want to buy the DVD when it is available. I also saw Slumdog Millionaire this month and want it also. Both were great stories. I checked out the original story of Benjamin Button on the internet -- forget the author -- but the movie embellished it much more and made it into a great story.
I haven't seen the movie - I seldom do. However, the excerpts where intriguing indeed. Especially the last one.
The important thing is the same even if we walk any kind of life.
You mention some interesting ingredients of this movie. I'll probably watch it when they air it on tv next year or so. And in real life Brad does a lot of good things where climate change and poverty are concerned.
