Il y a deux ans de ça, en France, personne , à part peut-être quelques spécialistes de politique américaine,n'avait entendu de parler de Barack Obama.
Aujourd'hui, il est le 44 ème président des Etats-Unis.

Today, he is the 44 th president of the United-States.

Le personnage est fascinant, nouveau, porteur d'espoir, atypique.
Et ce à un tel niveau que l'on cherche à comprendre qui il est et comment il est arrivé là, et d'où il vient.

Même Bill Clinton, qui était pourtant lui aussi différent dans son genre dans le paysage politique américain, et très populaire de son temps, ne me paraît pas avoir suscité autant d'interrogations.

D'où une quantité inhabituelle et étonnante de livres consacrés à Obama dans les libariries françaises.J'aimerais savoir si c'est pareil dans les autres pays.

Le plus extraordinaire étant que tous les livres présentés sont positifs, encourageants, constructif, admiratifs, confiants..Du réalisme, mais plein d'espoir néanmoins.

C'est la première fois de ma vie que je vois un homme politique , français ou pas, en photo sur un t-shirt! En France, c'est totalement inhabituel! C'est un détail , mais qui montre à quel point l'impact de cet homme est fort!

J'ai décidé d'acheter et de lire le livre écrit par Obama lui-même, "Les rêves de mon père".Moi aussi, je veux comprendre.
Mais un peu plus loin dans la librairie, j'ai trouvé un autre sujet à la mode ,mais dont les titres résument assez bien ce que représente Obama pour beaucoup de gens à travers le monde....
