Cette fête qui nous vient du fin fond du moyen-âge a été vidée de tout son sens et n'est plus aujourd'hui qu'une attraction pour touristes.
Pour nous , elle s'annonce par des barrières à peu-près partout, l'installation des tribunes qui gâchent l'horizon, la destruction visuelle du paysage, et de nombreux embouteillages..
Bref, je n'aime pas le Carnaval.
Et j'ai déjà hâte que ça soit fini.
(Mais je tâcherai quand même de prendre des photos pour mes visiteurs...)
En attendant, le grand Lego a déjà commencé..

In two weeks Carnaval will begin.
In two weeks Carnaval will begin.It's a feast coming from the middle-age, but today, it has completly lost its soul and became nothing but an attraction for tourists.
For us, it means fences everywhere, destruction of the view, problems to drive with the cars..
(In case you did not notice, I don't like Carnaval..)
And I'm already waiting for its end.

C'est vrai que, vu comme tu nous le présentes, ça ne doit pas être agréable à vivre! De loin, nous ne réalisons pas toute cette préparation et tous ces désagréments qui doivent vous empoisonner la vie, nous ne voyons que le côté théâtral du carnaval!!!

I am sorry that this has become nothing but a problem for the local people. Mardi Gras/ Fat Tuesday will soon be over and youwill have your beautiful place back.
I am having problems with my computer. See message on my blog. Using the community computer to get this out and will try to do what I can about visiting but not sure how I can get any photos on my blog since the computer probably crashed. Keep blogging and one day I will catch up.
